حضرت علی المرتضی رضی اللہ عنہ کا شمار شاندار صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم اور دس مبشرین میں ہوتا ہے۔ ان کی تربیت آقا مصطفی (ص) کے سائے میں ہوئی۔

اسی لیے ان کی ہدایات میں حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صحبت کے واضح حوالہ جات موجود ہیں۔ اسے اپنے تین صحیح راہنما خلفاء کے زمانے میں ہونے کا اعزاز بھی حاصل ہے۔

وہ عہدے پر رہے اور تین صحیح رہنمائی کرنے والے خلیفہ فقہی اور علمی مسائل کے لیے ان کی طرف رجوع کریں گے۔ ام المومنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ شرعی مسائل کو حضرت علی المرتضیٰ سے بہتر کوئی نہیں جانتا۔

حضرت علی المرتضی رضی اللہ عنہ کے اقوال سنہری الفاظ کے موتی ہیں جو مسلمانوں کی زندگی میں ہمیشہ چمکتے رہیں گے۔

حضرت علی کے سنہرے اکوال کتاب “حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے سنہری اقوال زیر نظر” مرتب کرنے کا مقصد یہ بھی ہے کہ صحیح معنوں میں حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کی ہدایات سے استفادہ کیا جا سکے۔
